About me

I offer a caring and empathetic approach, believing that meaningful change happens in a compassionate setting. I’m especially drawn to assisting people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, helpless, alone, or unseen. I provide support across a wide range of issues, including identity, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

My aim is to give warm, accompanied exploration so that you can live a full, authentic life. Through collaboratively working together, we can try find a pathway forward with new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

What I offer

  • Face-to-face sessions in Dartmouth, Devon and Shoreditch, London

  • Walk and talk therapy in South Devon and North London

  • Online and telephone sessions

Sessions are £55. I also offer a limited number of concessionary rates for those with reduced incomes.
